Dual Enrollment

You are in high school and are seeking to enroll for college credit.
The Dual Enrollment funding program provides 30 semester hours of Dual Enrollment Funding. The DE funding pays full tuition and the College provides textbooks. The only cost associated with Dual Enrollment will be the lab fees for science courses.

Requirements

Age/Grade Level: Successful Completion of 10th grade. 

On track for completing the 17 units of the USG’s Required High School Curriculum (RHSC). additional information on RHSC in the USG's Staying on Course document.

At least 3.0 High School Grade Point Average calculated on RHSC courses completed. 

Math Placement:

Students who have successfully completed Algebra II, Advanced Algebra, or an equivalent high school course with a grade of C or higher and have a high school GPA of 3.1 or higher can register for the following Math Courses 

  • Math 1001 – Quantitative Reasoning 
  • Math 1401 – Elementary Statistics 

Students who have successfully completed Algebra II, Advanced Algebra, or an equivalent high school course with a grade of C or higher and have a high school GPA of 3.2 or higher can register for MATH 1111 – College Algebra
